Why Spend the money to hire a videographer when a friend has offered to tape it? If your friend is a professional with professional equipment than by all means, use them. If however, your friend is offering to film the wedding with their handycam, the quality of your video will not even come close to our professional cameras and editing packages.Even our basic package comes with 2 camera coverage because sometimes you cannot get one camera to catch everything without a lot of movement. Then all camera angles are pulled in and edited together to give you a great finished project.

With all the stress involved in planning a wedding, you can relax in the knowledge that your video is in the hands of an experienced and professional company.

How long have you been in business? We have been doing videography for fun and as a side job for over 6 years. Two years ago we went into business for ourselves. Our strength is in the artistic abilities of our editing team. We have served numerous satisfied clients and can provide references upon request.

What equipment do you use? Do you own your own equipment? We do own and maintain all of our own equipment. Why is this important? Because it means we know how to use it! Depending on the package you select- 2-3 professional 3 CCD cameras mounted on professional grade tripods will be used to capture your special day. All of our packages include a wireless lavaliere mic on the groom to capture the vows clearly. We also have an on-camera light for use at the reception, so if you choose to have the lights dimmed, we can still obtain all the shots we need to make your video great.

If I have an idea of what I want my finished video to look like, how much control can I have? This is great. We excel in the area of taking someone's vision and making it a reality. We will want to have a consultation with you so we can understand your desires and make sure to accommodate them. Either prior to the date, or at your wedding, be sure to communicate to our videographers any special moments at the reception that you would like included.

All our videos include professional editing, title pages, overlays, audio editing, personalized menus and labels.

You may select the songs that are used in your video, but if you would like to do so ALL SELECTIONS MUST BE SPECIFIED PRIOR TO THE WEDDING. After editing has begun, we will not be able to reedit a video only to change the song.

Who will be filming my wedding? Will having a videographer there be intrusive? We have 3 teams of experienced professional videographers available to film your wedding. Depending upon the package you have selected you will have 1-3 professionals there to work your wedding. All of our film crews are well trained. We will quietly go about our jobs, making sure to stay out of the way of the photographers or others working for you. We are happy to accommodate any requests from you during the day. We will do our best to communicate consistently with the coordinator so we do not add to your pressures that day.

Our film crews will be dressed in dark clothing that is professional while being comfortable enough to work in.

Can we see a sample? Absolutely! We have several demos available here for you to see. For the best idea of what your whole video will look like, we would be happy to send you a full length demo for you to watch.

Do you provide an unedited version? We offer a wedding preservation addition to any of our packages to provide you with all the footage captured that day. It will all be placed on an external hard drive. Please remember that this footage will be completely unedited. The cost for this option is $250.

How long will my wedding DVD be? This can vary widely depending upon the package you choose, the length of your ceremony and the number of toasts, dances, etc, at the reception. Here are some basic guidelines in our experience. These times are not guarantees, they are the average of what we have done.

If you have any montages you can expect them to be 3-5 minutes as well

When/ how will I receive the finished DVD? Your finished DVD will be ready in 4-6 weeks. We can ship them to you by mail, just make sure we have your post honeymoon address if it is changing. Feel free to contact us when you return from your honeymoon for an estimated completion date.

Can we get additional copies of the DVD? Sure! Additional copies are available for $30 each. We maintain a library of completed weddings so reorders are welcome at anytime.

When should we reserve a date? Do we need to pay a deposit? We recommend you reserve your wedding date as soon as possible to insure you have us locked in. A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to reserve your date.

Will we need to sign a contract? Yes, at the time of reserving your date, we will both sign a wedding agreement detailing our commitment to you and your package selection and terms of payment.

Do we need to cover parking and meals for the videographers? If your wedding or reception venue requires a parking fee, please inform us ahead of time. Fees exceeding $5 should be covered as a courtesy.

Our videoographers will be working with you a minimum of 6 hours allowing set up time for a basic. Please include them in the final count of those that will be eating at the reception. Our team will get their food after your guests, and can take turns eating if necessary to maintain coverage. However, in our experience, most of the time, the crew can eat quickly while the guests are eating, as most people do not like to filmed eating anyway.

Where are you located? Where will you film? We are located in Athens GA and will film weddings in the greater Athens-Gainesville-Atlanta areas at no additional charges. Areas over an hour drive from Athens may be charged a $25 per hour travel fee.

Do I have to choose a package? No. Our package prices have been fine-tuned to cover the most popular options among brides. If you don't see a package that covers what you want, call us to discuss your options.

I chose the Diamond package and want to play the Growing up montage/love story at my rehearsal /reception. Will you be providing the means to display this?We can provide you with the necessary equipment to display the montage or love story for an additional fee. There are several options available so please ask us for more information.
